Lisa and Her Tits are Hiding

But not very well, as we'll discuss soon enough.

First an apology for our long absence and the dearth of posts in the month or two prior. Unfortunately, job troubles for one of us and a death in the family for another have kept us away from Casey and his idiocy for far too long. Not that we haven't been checking in from time to time, we just haven't had time for the detailed analysis and discussion for which our blog is famous. Rather than simply pass along headlines that have been generously made available by our friends at Camp Idiot, we have chosen silence. Now it is time for that silence to be broken.

LisaTits is back, though you would never know it if you were to Google her name, or at least the name we knew her by, which was Lisa Scifo, her married name.

The other day, she changed her name to Lisa Henry, or should we say she changed it back? It's obvious that Henry was her maiden name, a name she left behind when she married Matt Scifo and which she continued to use after he filed for divorce, they lost their house to foreclosure, etc. Knowing what she's up to now, Matt is probably quite happy to have his name back.

Her family should probably feel otherwise, as we will see later.

As documented over on Caseypedia, boyfriend and co-conspirator Mike Masterson has apparently moved the business in a new direction, which is the selling of "authorized user" spaces on unused credit cards. This is one of the older "credit repair" scams out there. For a fee, somebody will let you list yourself as an "authorized user" on their unused credit card account. You never get a card so you can never actually use the account, but it does show up on your credit record and in the past may have helped improve your score.

That is, until the credit industry figured this one out and instituted something called FICO '08, which initially planned to drop all "authorized users" from credit scoring entirely, and later restored them but to a much more limited degree designed only to enable members of the same household to share credit accounts and scores. A competing system called VantageScore has never considered "authorized users" to have credit accounts of their own. These days, anybody paying to be an "authorized user" of a stranger's credit card is in fact paying for nothing at all. Giving hundreds of dollars to the big-titted hustler and her chicken-incinerating co-conspirator is not likely to yield much.

The business must not be going all that well, because in addition to the "specials" linked above, the Executive Consultant Group LLC duo have also seen fit to offer a 10% off coupon, reproduced at the top of this communique. As one of the more astute commenters on CI noted: "Economy's so bad even the scammers are giving discounts."

Of course, it may even be worse than that. Remember how we said that Lisa's ex is probably glad to have his name back but her family might not feel the same way? It seems that by changing her name back, she's revealed all of them as well as Mike's family to public scrutiny. We won't get into the details because it has been so juicily and meticulously aired on CI and we prefer that you read it at the source, but it's great stuff. Among other things this information suggests pretty conclusively that the house where Casey's infamous "chicken incineration video" was shot probably did not belong to Lisa and Mike, rather it's Mike's sister's place and that in all likelihood her kids are the ones that Lisa claimed to be nannying in her Facebook profile some time back.

We also note that around the time of Lisa's name change, the company's crappy old website went blank and was replaced with the company blog from which the above coupon was copied. And not only one blog, but two, the second being merely a bad blogspot copy of the bad Wordpress blog that contains the original. It's so badly done we have to wonder if they actually hired Casey to do the work.

So there you have it. An amateurish attempt to hide from the editors of Caseypedia, the sleuths of CI and the mysterious denizens of CHC. Failed, naturally. But the attempt didn't just fail to address the bad publicity problem, as this piece, the comments on CI and the Caseypedia article will easily link Lisa Scifo, now Lisa Henry, Mike Masterson and the Executive Consultant Group LLC for the rest of eternity. The attempt has generated new interest by those parties who previously sought only to enjoy a quick intermission now and then courtesy of a photo of Lisa's funbags. As a result, both of their entire families have now been slimed as associates of their sleazy business.

There is only one right way to do business with Casey: not at all. There is only one right way to react to being outed: move on, forget it and do something else. Fighting it just makes it worse and scammers who don't crawl back under their rocks get what they deserve.

And that's the way things are here at FC HQ, where we're settling back in after too much time away.

Casey breaks the law again

So, Casey has no problem computing and streaming while driving? That's what he seems to imply in one of his latest moronic videos:

"Is it illegal to drive with headset... maybe... hee hee heee... just tryin to have a good time.... maybe I'll find out later... who sez you can't stream while drivin'... hope I don't miss my turn here..."

http://www.ustream.tv/recorded/2152812

He might want to pay attention to something going on around him from time to time. Hard to believe anybody living in California was not aware of this, because it got a huge amount of publicity around January 1st, including signs on the freeways and elsewhere:

The new Wireless Communications Device Law (effective January 1, 2009) makes it an infraction to write, send, or read text-based communication on an electronic wireless communications device, such as a cell phone, while driving a motor vehicle.

http://www.dmv.ca.gov/cellularphonelaws/

The law is fairly broadly written. If all he were doing was streaming with a camera that is set up before he started driving, that would probably be OK. But throughout his various streams he made it obvious that he was also checking the chatbox and even banning people while driving! This most certainly qualifies as "writing, sending or reading text-based communication."

Here is another great example where he clearly is leaning over to play with his laptop while behind the wheel in traffic:

http://www.ustream.tv/recorded/2153590
And yes, he appears to have done it mostly when he was stopped or moving at low speed. But per the law, he is considered to be in control of the vehicle until he is safely parked and out of traffic. A red light doesn't cut it. "Low speed" doesn't cut it. "No other traffic on the road" doesn't cut it. Listen to his narration. He's yammering on and on about what's going on in the neighborhood he's driving through, making it clear that these are areas where pedestrian traffic is common.

He was behind the wheel, in an active lane and he was playing with his chatbox. Guilty!

His second infraction is the headset. Headsets are legal -- in fact they're required for cellphone use by a driver in California -- but are only allowed to cover one ear. His is a two-ear stereo model and the video clearly shows both earpieces in place over his ears. Again, Guilty!

[Edit: Here are the actual rules, for those of you who want to check for yourselves:

Requirement to use a hands-free device: http://www.dmv.ca.gov/pubs/vctop/d11/vc23123.htm
May not cover both ears with any device: http://www.dmv.ca.gov/pubs/vctop/d12/vc27400.htm
Prohibition on text communication: http://www.dmv.ca.gov/pubs/vctop/d11/vc23123_5.htm

- FC]

If he got into an accident and hurt somebody, he'd be paying it off for the rest of his miserable life. Not that he'd have much to pay it off with.

However, whoever owns the vehicle he was driving would probably be on the hook too. As Nigel knows from his experience with Casey a year ago, the boi is not exactly all that responsible about the vehicles he borrows. Maybe anybody who decided to lend him one for the afternoon needs to reconsider.

Of course, if he hurt or killed somebody we loved, he wouldn't have a chance to "pay it off" and neither would the owner of the vehicle. Whatever remained of their lives would be lived in excruciating pain. And we'd stream it.

And that's the way things are at FalseCasey HQ, where we can be thankful for a few brief moments that we are not anywhere near a place where Casey might be driving.

Casey just "invested" $10K in a pay-phone scam!

You heard it here first.

In these these tough economic times, of course, pay phones are sure to regain all the ground they lost to cellphones in the past 15 years. They're going to the moon we tell you! That's why a budding excrapreneur like Casey would want to be involved.

Photo #3:

The rest of the set is photos of him at his "friends" Mike and Lisa's place.

Lisa has particularly nice "assets" (No, we're not talking about the poor dog who is forced to live with people who are known associates of Casey Serin. Her other assets.)

Strangely enough Mike and Lisa run this outfit:

http://www.executiveconsultantgroupllc.com/

Who describe their business (Executive Consultant Group LLC) as follows:

Our company was formed to address this country's financial crisis and provide an innovative solution to fulfill our clients ever changing needs. Our concept is simple;

We work with you, one on one, to achieve maximum funding and in turn offer you high yield low risk investment opportunities.

Did you know that there are low risk investments available that yield as much as 20% per month?

Did you know that you can obtain large amounts of unsecured funding at low rates?

Putting these two winning solutions together can create an incredible passive income opportunity.

Let us create a custom proven plan that allows you to earn a passive income of at LEAST $5,000-$10,000 per month (keep in mind.....this is a minimum).

[The emphasis is ours. We know our boi!]

Yeah, that was our first thought too: "They sound like scammers."

And by the look of their incomplete and somewhat faulty website, fairly recent ones too. At least in this current incarnation.

As usual, Casey is going along. He's probably a great mark.

So why does a careful analysis suggest that he invested $10K? Mostly because that's just a bit less than his GSPG stock was worth when he sold it a few days ago. After setting aside $999 to be scammed by Sarah Prout (A scam we will dissect later), he'd have about $10K. In exchange he gets to go wine tasting with them for the day and hang out by their pool for a BBQ. You'd think he'd at least have gotten the opportunity to fondle Lisa's tits, but as we know from the whole Angeltits debacle, he's just not all that interested.

There's no other way for this to add up.

[And OK, we admit it. The whole "payphone scam" idea is very definitely a slim possibility. But Casey loves "foreshadowing" his activity with carefully placed hints in his photostream, so it's definitely fun to think about. Regardless of the nature of the proposition that Lisa and Mike are pitching to him, we suspect that it's designed to enrich them at his expense, and not the kind of "win-win" he always claims to be looking for.]

And that's the view from FalseCasey HQ, where there is still smoke in the air and we are amazed that Casey has most likely found a worse place to put his borrowed money than GSPG.

We've been out of it

Believe it or not, there are some things going on in our lives that don't involve Casey, like the crazy hooker/pornstar/cokehead we've been nailing every night, while mostly still thinking about Angel's Big Fake Tits.

But we've taken note of TrueCasey's bizarre Island project, and just commented about it on his blog. We have no faith that he will actually publish it, so here it is, complete and unedited:

FC 12:36 pm on August 28, 2009

Well, We just did some math.

In order to accommodate all your sponsors, you will need to have a minimum of 501 rooms in the resort. Pretty simple math, the total number of days committed to sponsors in each cycle is identical to the number of dollars raised per month. 500,500.

There are 1000 days in each cycle.

500,500 (total room-days per cycle) / 1000 (days per cycle) = 500.5 (rooms)

Can’t build half rooms, so you need to make it 501. Plus you’ll need one for yourself. 502. And whatever other friends you want to invite. Maybe 510.

Realistically, you probably need even more, because you need to allow for the fact that at times some rooms will be closed for maintenance, and not everybody is going to perfectly “fit” into a schedule that has the place at 100% capacity all the time.

So, you need about 600 rooms. And that’s just to accomodate the people you have made a commitment to. If you want to offer rooms to others, it needs to be even bigger. Since you’re on an island, you’ll also need employee housing and other facilities, which will add to the cost of construction and maintenance.

And you expect to be able to operate this resort on an ongoing basis with your sponsor’s money. $500,500 per month. Oh yeah, you plan to take 10% for yourself, so really you’ll have $450,450 per month available to build and operate this place, or $750 per month per room.

Most mid-grade motels in urban areas spend that much! Most resorts spend double that or more! And most of those aren’t on islands where everything is more expensive.

And that’s just operating costs. Even if you sold every single sponsorship tomorrow, it would take a few decades to save up enough money to build a 600 room resort. Look at this: http://www.hotel-online.com/News/PR2003_2nd/May03_HotelWaterParkStudy.html

Yup, that’s right. Contruction costs for a luxury resort type hotel start at around $250K per room and go as high as almost $600K. And that’s in the continental US. Again, add more on an island. Dude, you’re looking at a “starting price” of about $150m to build the place and it’ll probably be more. Even allowing for interest on the money you’re collecting, it’s almost 20 years! You need to register Island2032.com quick!

Bottom line is your plan is not feasible.

It’s also illegal. You can’t tell people “you’re a sponsor” and at the same time say “you’re entitled to future use of the facility”. Either people are sponsors, in which case they have no rights to anything other than the advertising they pay for, or they are investors, in which case they have partial ownership in perpetuity (and you need a license to sell the shares and they need to be qualified investors), or they are customers who are pre-paying for some future service, in which case you are pretty much committing fraud, because there’s no reasonable way to deliver what you’re promising for the amount of money you’re asking people to pay.

Sorry Casey, the numbers for this plan just don’t work out. The legal structure doesn’t work out. Faith is not a viable plan.

And that's the way things are at FalseCasey HQ, where it's too fucking hot, the air is full of smoke and we really want this shit to end.

Casey's Boss Comes to Her Senses

All evidence of Casey has been expurged from her blog. True, a few pictures remain, but nothing that would show up if you searched on his name. Even the former reference to the "Staff Blogger" is now gone.

It seems that being a Real estate broker, even one with huge fake tits, doesn't make one so dim-witted as to not realize how toxic Casey is or how badly you can get hurt by associating your name with his.

And that's the way things are at FalseCasey HQ, where we're anxiously awaiting the next eruption of Caseyness, which will most likely hit us when we least expect it.

Casey doesn't want the hate

TrueCasey doesn't want any hate anymore

About Casey Serin & Don’t Hate… Support and Appreciate! - 20Oct08

After a little break I wrote two new pages:

About Casey Serin

and

Don’t Hate… Support and Appreciate!

Comments enabled. Login not required but encouraged. Moderation is on.

Unless it’s “loving, supportive or constructive”, I don’t want to hear it!!

We’ll see how it goes.

An experiment.

Thank you.

We think the experiment will fail, of course, just like everything else the little twit has ever done. If you read through the comments you'll find him even more detached from reality than usual: he doesn't need to pay back his debt because it wasn't "real money;" He doesn't want deadlines, the book will be done when it's done, this despite his various "30-day challenges" and other self-imposed deadlines, not to mention the fact that he's running out of cash corporate credit; we need to get ready to live off the land, etc.

Anyway, he's still an idiot, and we aren't even going to bother posting over there, except maybe the occasional (certain to be moderated) mention of his sweetie Tanja.

Except that maybe posting is worth it. He's going to do at least some of the modding himself, meaning that even if the hate doesn't become public, at least he'll get to read it.

Whatever. Fuck him.

And that's the way it is at FalseCasey HQ, where we're caught a bit behind on the TrueCasey saga due to work stuff that's come up, and are now watching stupid criminals on TruTV. Someday we'll watch Casey on that show...

As always, open comments.

Lots of Sound and Fury about Goldspring...

Signifying nothing!

OK, we exaggerate. It signifies that GSPG is a typical pump-and-dump penny stock, in which our old friend TrueCasey takes on the role of bagholder for the insiders.

Today we have seen the biggest one-day gain in gold EVER.

And GSPG down over 20%.

Why? Because for all the talk about 43-101s, estimates, plans, drilling, etc., GSPG still has nothing that rises to the level of "proven reserves." Note that their shareholder presentation yesterday carefully uses the word "resources," and in fact gets more specific in noting that they are speaking only of "indicated resources."

Note that under Canadian 43-101 rules, the following classifications of resources and reserves are used. In increasing order of "certainty" they are
  • Inferred Mineral Resource
  • Indicated Mineral Resource
  • Measured Mineral Resource
  • Probable Mineral Reserve
  • Proven Mineral Reserve
We are going to give GSPG the benefit of the doubt and assume that their "43-101" report actually follows the Canadian rules for such documents. GSPG of course is not a Canadian company, and is not legally required to comply with that standard or to issue this report at all. As far as US law is concerned, they could shit on a piece of paper and call it a 43-101 if they wish to.

Per the above cited standard anything called a "resource" is not yet shown to be economically viable. Most operating mines consist primarily of Proven Reserves, often with some Probable Reserves around the edges and lots of "resources" in the property surrounding the economically-viable mine.

If you check out the GSPG presentation as filed with the SEC, they very clearly avoid the use of "reserve." This is not surprising because the US definition of what constitutues a "reserve" is even tighter than the Canadian one and they clearly can't meet it at this time, if ever.

Indicated resources, of course, are just above the lowest classification available. A project consisting entirely of "indicated resources" is still extremely speculative and may never yield any economic results. So, when they say they have over $400m of "indicated resources" the liklihood is that they will never get anywhere near that much value from that piece of their property.

And what is their plan going forward? It's vague. Normally with indicated resources, your next step would be to do a feasability study, during which some of those "indicated resources" would get upgraded to "measured resources" and eventually might be categorized as "reserves" if the proposed project meets criteria for economic and legal viabilitye. That doesn't seem to be top on their list though.

Instead, they use most of the rest of the presentation talking about potential other areas for exploitation and very little about finishing the exploration and feasibility study in this one. They suggest that actual mining could start next summer. We thought they said it would be this summer some time back? I suppose they got distracted. Just like TrueCasey.

This is typical of a pump-and-dump company. Always something new out there worth exploring, but never anything completed. And always some new suckers to buy stock so they can pay the interest on their debt at 24% to "friendly lenders."

It strikes us this company is just a corporate version of TrueCasey. Lots of sound and fury signifying nothing, but a lot of entertainment for the otherwise uninvolved.

And that is the view from FalseCasey HQ, where hope is still not a viable investment strategy.
