Gone Again...

Since the bankruptcy, Casey's gone once again.

The Island2012 idiot website is still up there, but with no sign of life, just the clock ticking down to Casey's ultimate fail.

And no other news coming from anywhere else.

So, we don't have much to say and won't be posting much until there's anything new or different. If you know anything, let us know. Anybody been by the Serin compound lately?

That's all we know here at FalseCasey HQ, where it's cold and been raining.

I heard Casey is working on a new business plan.

Exclusive Corp Inc.
Basically, you become a "member" to the Corp. The member fees are revenue of the Inc. As soon as there are enough members (they will all get a K1- so it will be legit and legal and all that stuff) then there will be periodic distribution (called dividends) to the members/partners. The Board of Directors (BOD) will figure out the dividend distributions. Back of the napkin (BON) calculations show that if only 50 members at 50 bucks a month would allow for decent revenue (also called cash flow). Soon as members start seeing that they are getting a return on their money (trust is built) then they will have further opprotunities to become a "higher level" Corp Member. Sure you have to pay more per month- but the dividend yields will be higher for those members. It starts feeding on itself.

Luckily there will be no credit checks so family can be included.

It won't be Casey's ultimate fail until he is in PMITAP for his fraud.

Anonymous said...

Wow. $146,568.81 in credit card debt. If that's not covering Casey, then Jesus, WTF.

Also, it says that the household size is 3. If there's a high school-aged child, that means Casey is living elsewhere?

Monica said...

Probably not. If Casey is to be considered part of the household for financial purposes, his own financial situation would have to be included. That does not necessarily mean that he is not living there or returning often in reality.

Neighborhood anon here. KC's van is still at the house, as always. Don't know about KC. Mom Dad and Steve's vehicles are gone during workdays.

Casey is probably using Steve's car while Steve is in army basic training. That's why the kidnap van is tucked away on the side. Steve can get his car once he finishes basic and is assigned to tech school.

Yeah, methinks Casey's gonna be laying low for quite a while...

Even a shameless grifter like Casey reaches a point of complete embarrassment. Parents bankrupt, possibly on the verge of losing their house; could lose their jobs anytime as well; he himself owes well over $100K to credit cards alone; at least one civil lawsuit against him (US Bank); unemployed after quitting his sweet parking valet gig; two brothers in the military to get away from this house of horrors.

Even Casey can't spin a positive out of all that. :-p

Monica said...

Maybe he will, once the current bankruptcy issue is settled. After all, if he remains in debt, he was in debt before, so there is nothing new. His parents' debt is not his own. Something positive may happen in that respect, though: they save the house, pay the mortgage according to the plan but then they always had a mortgage, and the remaining debt is discharged. That is positive in a way. Meanwhile, if his younger sister graduates, she can get a job or get married, thus bringing more money into the house or no longer being supported by her parents. Of course, Casey too can work but I wouldn't count on it.

Entertained said...

Well that's certainly their hope of course.

Then again, the judge could rule against their request, the foreclosure could continue and they'd lose the house, AND they'd still owe payments on existing debts (including the amount of the mortgage not recovered through resale).

Of course, if there's a small vocal mob at the hearings, I can't imagine that would help them very much.

Monica said...

If there is no "small mob" or the judge doesn't care, does the plan have any realistic chances of being accepted? Is the presence of the "small mob" likely? Who exactly would that be? And wouldn't the judge just make them shut up?

Anonymous said...

What about those expensive family excursions to Seattle last summer (ten people or so), and likewise Tahoe this winter? I remember thinking, how the f*ck does Aleksy afford that? Now we know, lol...

False Casey said...

There is unlikely to be any mob, because there's no forum for one.

There will be a meeting called the 341 meeting, where the creditors get to comment on and/or object to the plan. Typically none of the unsecured creditors show up because they know they're not likely to get anything in any conceivable state of the universe, so it'll be the Serins their lawyer, maybe the mortgage holder and a representative of the trustee. The public is not invited or welcome.

Unless anybody there objects or asks difficult questions, it'll take about 15 minutes and that's pretty much the end of it.

The only way all the rest of this stuff can make its way in is if one of the creditors makes an issue of it and convinces the trustee that there's a real problem. But connecting the parents debts to a possible fraud committed by their son, is going to be a tough sell and I doubt anybody's going to bother.

The good news is that they're still Serins and sometime in the next five year's they'll probably fuck up and be out on their asses.

False Casey said...

Don't recall any expensive trips last summer but our memory has been getting fuzzy with age. The winter Tahoe trip was to go stay with a relative who has a house there. Total cost to the scammers was probably just the drive up and back.

If you believe that I've got a bridge to sell you. The Serin crime family bought themselves Ferraris, Lambos, helicopters, trips to Europe, Thailand, etc. all with the stolen money and saved enough of it to retire in Uzbkeistan. These people need to be thrown into vats of boiling oil.

Monica said...

That must be pure speculation. Helicopters? I don't think so. You are probably inventing that. If they do have hidden assets, won't that be revealed because of the bankruptcy anyway? And hey, if they do go back where they came from, even with some money, that may well be less expensive to the taxpayers. But there is no indication that they are seriously considering that. If that was their intention, they would have left already without trying to save the house.

Anonymous said...

Monica, I assume that helicopter post was a troll. Aside from that, none of the Serins have indicated they have enough brains to pull off any kind of successful scam.

Monica said...

But Casey's parents are not scammers. They just overspent like many other people. If Casey wasn't their son, you would't call them scammers, would you?

Anonymous said...

Casey Serin will triumph in the end. He has all the instincts for business, he just has to learn how to get his fraudulent behavior clicking in the right sequence. Believe me, 2.2 million stolen is chump change compared to some of the corporate scams I've been witness to. So go ahead and continue your lower-class teeth gnashing at how much Casey has stolen but eventually face the facts that he has most definitely pulled it off and it's only just the beginning.

The losers here would cheer even louder when some getto denizen gets busted for selling $20 worth of crack. But selfsame losers don't have much to say when banks or insurance corporations steal hundreds of billion$. What a bunch of innumerate "loosers" here.

Casey Serin is a true American. Brother Steve joined the Army? Now there's a true fuck-up.

Anonymous said...

But Casey's parents are not scammers. They just overspent like many other people. If Casey wasn't their son, you would't call them scammers, would you?

Casey is their son, therefore they are in the public eye more than others. The fact that many others have done the same does not mean they are not scammers, they just have lots of company. Your logic is flawed.

Monica said...

Well, when many people are doing something bad, it is no longer an individual wrongdoing but a systemic problem if not even just a normal part of the system. Of course, such a system is flawed, I'm not saying it's good. But I fail to see how merely overspending is scamming, at least when people do just that without planning from the very beginning to borrow as much as possible and never pay back.

Anonymous said...

Monica, I think overspending becomes scamming when you run up 15-20 credit cards to the max. People know how much they make, and what they can pay. Certainly the Serins are not alone in this behavior, but just because it's widespread does not make it not scamming. I would think most of the readers and posters of this blog have not fallen victim to this 'systemic problem'. Not competing with the Jones'es goes a long way to keeping yourself out of trouble.

Monica said...

Relax, banks are scamming, too. It's just that they are doing so legally. They are getting their money back due to high interest rates and various fees. They stole $42.50 in NSF fees even though I had deposited a check a few days earlier. It was deposited at the bank machine and the company that is emptying the machine removed the deposited amount because on the check, "there were 2 names". I did not even understand how that could be but it looks like it's because both my first name and the middle name were used. I usually go by my first name. So while the money had been unfairly deducted from my account, an automatic payment was due and was rejected, which explains the NSF fees. The very next day, my bank branch did add the check amount back and technically, the money from that check paid for its own NSF fees. I was not reimbursed the NSF fees (I asked). And it is precisely because I had paid off in full one of my cards that month that I didn't have too much money in my account. I could have paid less. Now, tell me again why people should be responsible. If anything, I now feel like finding some way to screw the bank.

Monica said...

By the way, in case you think the onus is on me to make sure the bank has my middle name (I just spoke to the person who was using it on checks, who won't any more), well, why is it so only when I have rights (like the right to cash that check) and not when I have obligations? A few years ago, the government garnished my salary (that debt is now paid). They also checked my credit report. Guess what? They were using my first name and my middle name but misspelling my middle name. So basically, I may be unable to cash checks under the name that appers on my own birth certificate, but I have paid a debt under a name that is not even mine. And I don't think I could refuse to pay my credit card debt because it's under my first name and my legal name is first name plus middle name. It's only to get my rights that I must prove what my full name with the right spelling is. But to pay, I can do it under a misspelt name.

Anonymous said...

Folks, "Monica" is a troll.

Ignore it.

Monica said...

Sorry if I went a little off topic, but the point is that, considering the fees they charge and the way they can do so on a technicality or for a small mistake while, on the other hand, they are making it so hard for people to access their own money after depositing a check, scamming banks is not as morally reprehensible as it seems. The banks deserve it. And that comes from someone who's actually trying to pay off her debt out of some misguided sense of honour and honesty (if I borrowed, I pay). Casey went too far, but Casey's parents may well have been honest but financially stranded.

WizardofIB said...

Monica,

I think you are getting a little too excited about the banking system. If you are unsatisfied, you could always put your money in a coffee can or piggybank and bury it someplace. Also, I think you glazed over the overspending issue as if overspending on the scale of the Serin's is done by mistake.

Those f-ckers stole thousands and it will be readily discharged as long as they pay the one bill they should have in the first place.

@FC,

I don't like to give you a hard time because I am usually a huge fan. But:

Total cost to the scammers was probably just the drive up and back.

I wouldn't underestimate the Serins ability to spend copious amounts of money on bulls-it. Jamba Juices, iPods, designer gas, anything is possible. With all that plasti-cash in their hot little hands I can't imagine them buying gas and food only on their trip.

I don't think Steve is gone yet. The mustangs all have dealer plates and change every so often. There had been a white one, but the most recent one was grey. In between mustangs, there is a white pickup with normal plates parked in the same spot.

KC's van didn't move last weekend, but I think the family sedan might have been gone for a couple of days.

Actually Casey Konstantin Serin hasn't got away with it.

He has nothing to show for the last 5 years of his life. Nothing positive that is. He has no work experience or skills. His career prospects are nil.

His credit is ruined for the next 10 years. He won't be able to borrow income.

And business is not an option because murseboi brings nothing to the table (but is too stupid to realise it) and the only people to 'do business' with him are fellow scammers.

So he can expect to spend the next 10 years (at least) as a beggar or minimum wage pleb. His fraud spree has essentially cost him 15 years of his life.

Jamba adds hot drinks, at-home smoothies
San Francisco Business Times - 3-2-10
Jamba Juice is mixing up new products for a turnaround.

The Emeryville-based smoothie maker has spent the past year working to become more than a smoothie spot, and to be an all-day destination. At the same time, it’s expanding its grocery-based offerings.

These moves are part of the company’s efforts to bolster sales and broaden its business base.

Jamba Inc. (NASDAQ: JMBA) and the Inventure Group Inc. plan to introduce three flavors of make-at-home smoothies, which will ship to retailers this month. The initiative will start in the Western U.S., and the product will cost between $2.00 and $3.29 for a two-serving, eight-ounce package.
