It's Christmas. Again.

Casey's not a millionaire. Again.

This will be the last post on this blog, which will go dark on January 1. It was fun, but the fun ended long ago. Time to move on.

Casey's Got A Job!

Casey's corpse-like boss at the
Dragonfly Ranch in Hawaii. His previous
boss was hotter and had a nicer set.
Looks like our boi is now the manager of the "Ohana" at the Dragonfly Ranch in Hawaii.

The information comes from their latest newsletter, noting that "Casey, a young man of Russian origin, has taken on the huge task of ever so tactfully managing the Dragonfly ohana team. I am grateful to him for his brilliant optimistic energy combined with his calm and steady Virgo dedication to excellence—with love and joy."

The newsletter also includes a very old picture of Casey, when he still had some hair and a stupid goatee. It describes him as "our new handsome manager."

"Ohana" is Hawaiian for "family," but apparently using the word in English isn't cool enough for the owner of this place, who chooses to insert a variety of Hawaiian words into things at various times when it sounds cooler. Not that this is a terribly bad idea. We think calling Casey a wahahe‘e sounds pretty cool too.

The corpse-like individual who owns this place has an odd idea of family though. "Ohana" are apparently people who pay her for the privilege of working there, as detailed in the "join us" page. The same page says that anybody lacking a sense or humor need not apply. Which may help explain Casey's position there as nothing more than a huge practical joke on all the other ohana members indentured servants and paying customers, who presumably all have a sense of humor about their fate being in his hands.

Casey can be seen in the background of some activity at the "ranch" that most likely involves semi-vegan food, smoking weed, cleansing or something of that nature. No clue who the other morons are.
It is not clear exactly what an "Ohana manager" does, but he's obviously a member of the owner's power team. It doesn't sound like he has to do much. The place's page is pretty clear on the fact that it's dirty, musty, full of bugs and not particularly well-cleaned. That sounds about right for Casey, but hard to see anybody paying him for "managing" this. Maybe he's just getting a free cot in the wilderness.

Certainly, he's also getting a lot of other things he's claimed to care for. The "ranch" website is peppered with new-age bullshit of the highest order, including Caseyesque terms like "holistic," "healing arts," "cleansing," "colonic," "positive energies," "manifesting," "eco-tourism" and a whole bunch more, but we have to stop before anybody gets ill.

And that's the way it is at FalseCasey HQ, where we can shut the windows when it rains.

"Yankee Jim" being evacuated

"Yankee Jim" aka Stephen P. Hunt
taught Casey to fail at
panning for gold.
In yet another example of how the fecal finger of Casey Serin works in mysterious ways, we have received news tonight that his former friend "Yankee Jim" (actually Stephen P. Hunt) is being evacuated this evening.

A fire has broken out northwest of Foresthill California and residents are being told to leave. Hunt was revealed to be Casey's associate when he filed a "proof of labor" with Placer County, indicating that his gold-panning claim had been worked by Serin, among others. This led to the revelation of his real name, dubious scammy history and address at 21821 Powerline Road, just northwest of Foresthill. (Oddly enough, we note that the Google Streetview van made a particular effort to go down that one stretch of road, getting only as far as Yankee Jim's place before turning back. It's almost as if somebody on the Google Maps team has been reading CaseyPedia. Hmmmmm....

It was at an undisclosed location not far from there that Casey camped in the woods, saw a "comet" while high as a kite one night, then decided to launch the Island2012 debacle. He launched the Island2012 blog using the free WiFi hotspot at the Foresthill Pizza Factory.

We've spent much time in that area, and are very experienced with wildfires. We can't possibly rejoice in this even if it's clear from the CaseyPedia research that Stephen P. Hunt and Lynne Hunt are complete scumbags. But nature has it's ways and we think it may just be trying to cleanse the area of any Serin residue. We wish the community the best.

And that's the way things are at FalseCasey HQ, where we've survived Friday the 13th and Bastille Day without a scratch.

Where are the Serins?

Previously, we were lead to be believe that they were renting a ramshackle house at 7613 Sullivan Drive, Antelope, California. Not exactly what one would think of as a classy neighborhood.

But recent Satellite evidence suggests that this may no longer be the case. This is the current "45 degree" Satellite imagery of that location, available on Google Maps:

The trampoline in the side yard is clear indication of Serination. (And may we say for the record that if we were about to lose our home, were forced to move to a shithole section of town, and were still supporting our looser™son, the trampoline would be the first thing we'd put up for sale on Craigslist.) Also in the side yard is a ramshackle shack, which we can only presume to have been the domicile of  noted fraudster Casey Serin. The black vehicle in the driveway is the one we believe to be mama Serin's Nissan Maxima. The blue pickup appears to be similar to the one that papa Serin used to drive.

There are also a bunch of what seem to be construction/contractor type vehicles parked around the house. Kind of odd, as none of the Serins are known to be in that business.

But, hold it, check the overhead satellite photo that appears to be newer:

Same location, different house. That explains a lot. Certainly explains all the contractor vehicles in the previous photo. That photo was probably taken just at the cusp of a major transition. Sadly, all the trees on the property were removed.

[As an aside, we note further evidence that the presence of Serins in your neighborhood is detrimental to just about everything about the place. Sometime between the previous photo and the current one, the neighbor directly to the south installed an above-ground pool. The coloration should be familiar.]

Street View confirms it.

That's a brand spanking new house, with a brand spanking new (not salvage!) BMW convertible in front of it. The side lot still has the shack on it, but has otherwise been cleared. The shack appears to be surrounded with painting materials/equipment and was probably used for storage or as office space during construction. By now, the shack is probably long-gone, as is the former semi-vegan inhabitant.

Our guess? The Serins were able to rent a teardown, probably another foreclosed property, on a month-to-month basis, with the knowledge that as soon as somebody bought it they would be out. Maybe they didn't even rent it. Casey was always good at finding places to squat semi-legally. Perhaps he convinced them to try one of those "Adverse Possession" scams and failed as usual. Maybe the "uncles" who were so happy to purchase their former home out of foreclosure and kick them out also owned this one for a time. In any case, somebody bought the place with intent to tear it down and build something else. They were out.

Where are they? We don't know. Casey's Facebook account is mostly private, but indicates he is in Hawaii. Perhaps he's finally WWOOFing it as he once dreamed of. Or maybe it's just pure BS designed to throw off the three of us who still care about him from realizing what happened.

In any case, it's clear that the Serins have again moved on, perhaps forced by their own actions to live as gypsies, moving from one dead-end house to another. A for Casey, only a trip to the valet-parking capital of downtown Sacramento is likely to reveal that reality. Too far for us.

All we can say is, GOTCHA!

Haha! Hahahahahahahahaha! Hahahahahahahahahahahahahaha!

And that's the way it is here at FC HQ, where we somehow still are following this tragic mess.

NO DEAL!!! (Fifth anniversary edition)

"Someday we'll look back on this and it will all seem funny"
- Bruce Springsteen

Erin Morgan aka prlinkbiz with noted criminal Casey SerinHard to believe, but it's been five years since Casey originated the innovative "NO DEAL!" maneuver in contract negotiations.

Reading through that original post, we are struck with how empty it all seems now. At the time it was so bizarre that it had us laughing out loud at the office as we read through the post and the hundreds of comments that followed. Today, jaded by the five years of Casey's ongoing insanity, we still find it amusing, but it's hardly as funny.

Still, it's nice to read through and see comments by some of our old friends like Stephanie J, ratlab, Ogg the Caveman and others who made the blog so interesting way back when.

It's also been interesting to do some research into the whereabouts of the three parties to the NoDeal-dom:

Casey, of course, we know all too much about. He's hiding out, presumably at his parents' new shithole in Antelope, just outside Sacremento. He doesn't appear to have any internet access or at the very least has been maintaining a low profile. The other events of the past five years of his life have been thoroughly documented and we won't bother to list them here.

Erin Morgan aka prlinkbiz with her associate Joy O'DayJoy O'Day pretty much disappeared. An online search suggests that she went back into the real estate biz. There is one YouTube video of a house that she was apparently trying to sell back in 2009 that lists her phone number. And if the music to go along with that video don't make you want to kill something, then you're a far better person than us.

We also turned up this wonder of a video, purporting to promote something called strengthengine.com, which is a website selling something related to fitness. It's not really clear what it's selling, but there is a one-week free trial if anybody wants to sign up and find out. We don't care to provide Joy and her associates with so much as a throwaway email address.

Also, Joy's personal website is nothing more than a generic Arizona MLS search page, with the addition of a picture of a really hot woman who is clearly not Joy. The LLC that did business with Casey -- Tao Realty -- no longer appears to exist.

Erin Morgan, aka "prlinkbiz" has also disappeared off the face of the earth. We wouldn't be shocked if she switched back to her maiden name, or maybe remarried just to get away from the name she had. Because the happy truth is that the name "Erin Morgan" is completely trashed. Virtually everything you can pull up about her in a search is Casey-related, including lots of embarrassing photos, critical Caseypedia articles, nasty comments on EN, etc.

The website she had managed for Robert Kiyosaki, WorkingForRichDad, went dormant some time back. The other website she managed for Kiyosucki's wife, RichWoman.com, has been folded into the greater Kiyosaki empire and no longer has unique content of its own. Erin's previous association with those sleazeballs presumably ended some time back.

Erin Morgan aka prlinkbiz with unidentified woman, possibly Kimber ChinThere was a No Limits Ladies website for a while, run by the third NLL, Kimber Chin. It no longer exists and instead forwards to Chin's freephotooftheday website. It is unclear why this one exists at all. Chin, like Casey, has also tried her hand at writing really bad e-books, the design of which could be mistaken for Marty Stewart's handiwork. Some believe that Chin is the woman who was photographed in some rather compromising situations with Erin. We aren't sure, but are reproducing one of these photos here, just in case you haven't seen it. Because we like publishing photos of Erin acting stupid.

It is this third and usually unmentioned NLL, the one who was not part of the NO DEAL with Casey, who remains visible. Perhaps that's fitting, as everybody else who has ever had anything to do with Casey has either voluntarily or involuntarily removed themselves from the internet. (OK, except for Nigel.)

At this point, the NO DEAL is irrelevant. Whatever story Casey may have had to sell five years ago is no longer worth much to him or to anybody who may think they have a claim on it. If a movie were to be made or a book written, it could be done easily using the vast quantity of public information available and without involving Casey at all. Realistically, that's not going to happen. What appeared at the time to be a hysterically funny comedy of errors worthy of treatment, is more rightly seen today as the opening act to ongoing national tragedy. Someday we may look back on this and it may seem funny again, but that day is probably far, far off in the future.

The validity of the "No Deal!" legal maneuver has yet to be tested in any court.

And that's the way things are at the mobile FC headquarters, which is currently buried in the snow.

Any reports from the Island?

Island2012 supposedly is opening tonight with a huge NYE bash.

Any of the people who joined this enterprise care to report back?

Here at FalseCasey HQ, we're planning to do a big fat nothing.

Christmas. Again.

Casey's not a millionaire. Again.

We haven't been saying much lately, because there's not much to be said. However, this milestone is worth commemorating every year.

And that's the way it is here by the beach where it's 72 degrees and sunny, with not a sign of snow, unlike the scene at the former Serin Residence. (Courtesy of our good friend WeWantTheFunk.)

Circling the Wagons?

Neighborhood Dot reports on CI this morning that the Serins seem not to be out completely. The cars are still there, as is Steve's motorcycle. However, the Miata convertible that some haterz believe to be Steve's is no in the driveway up on jacks, with bricks to block the thing from rolling. The motorcycle blocks access towards the front of the house. The Nissan blocks the side.

Seems that they are circling wagons and trying to make it difficult to remove them, or even to approach. How this is going to help against an armed Sheriff's deputy (who knows, maybe even AngelTits' husband???) handing them an eviction notice and telling them they have 24 hours is unclear.

In the meantime, Casey has followed up on the removal of the Island2012 website by removing the serin.us website as well. In the past it was a redirect from his Iamfightingforeclosure (IAFF2) site. All the content, including a classic "bankruptcy is beautiful" post, is now gone. Perhaps a response to the fact that he fought foreclosure and apparently lost.

But none of this should be a surprise. In the past, Casey's standard mode of operation has been to have a lame idea, throw up a website promoting it, dick around for months by going off on ridiculous tangents like trying to avoid foreclosure by drinking fresh juice or cleansing his colon, then realize at the last minute that a wave was crashing in on him, skip town, and quietly remove any of the websites, pictures and other evidence from the web, while whining about needing privacy. Once again, he found a lame idea (mortgage elimination/foreclosure avoidance), tried to portray himself as an expert, failed miserably, and is slinking away.

The difference, this time, is that his lame idea has cost his family their house. They could have kept it, had they not failed to follow through on the terms of their bankruptcy. Now they have both a bankruptcy and a foreclosure on their credit records, and if they aren't out of there fast, they may yet have an eviction recorded against them soon enough. That latter one will make it virtually impossible for them to ever rent a place.

Perhaps Casey isn't going to be the first of the Serins to live in a van by the river?

And that's the way it is here at FalseCasey HQ, where the sun is shining bright.

We Won! We Won!

Not to rain on the parade following this week's foreclosure sale and the events that have followed, but though all the celebration amongst haterz™ today, we're reminded of Chris Rock's reaction after OJ was acquitted and thousands of African Americans chose to celebrate in the streets, shouting "we won!"

"What did we win?"

As reported on CI this morning by "neighborhood dot," it seems that the rented Budget truck was outside along with an SUV, dad's pickup and -- inexplicably -- a couple of convertibles.

Yes, the Serin Crime Family have been evicted from their home. Casey bears much of the blame for that, both by convincing his parent's to guarantee much of his recent debt, and then by convincing him to follow all his "mortgage elimination" crap, file multiple bankruptcies, try to transfer the house into his name, and engage in all sorts of other actions of dubious benefit and questionable legality. It must be remembered that when they first filed for bankruptcy, the parents were offered a pretty sweet Chapter 13 repayment plan that wiped out all the rest of their debt, left them in the house and set them up with a monthly payment that their salaries could afford, especially if they had some contribution from Steve. But they couldn't bother with that. They continued to not pay, to sit in the house, and to file again, and again, and again.

We were convinced they would file again to delay things further. After all, the parents filed. Then mom filed independently, and subsequently the interest in the property was (illegally) transfered to Casey who filed chapter 7 himself. It seemed that Papa Serin could still file on his own to delay one more time, but for whatever reason he failed to. Maybe he was just fed up. Maybe Casey was bored. Or maybe the odd dismissal of Casey's bankruptcy for reasons unknown put them on warning that there were possible consequences to the continuing fraud.

In fact, we have to wonder if the odd dismissal of Casey's bankruptcy also explains his sudden disappearance, apparently to live in a Jamaican shithole as we mentioned earlier this week.

And that brings us back to the question: "What did we win?"

We're not sure.

Certainly, there is some pleasure in seeing the Serins punished for their apparently endless support of their son long beyond the point where it was obvious to everybody with a brain that his activities were at the very least questionable, if not actually illegal. And it's hard to find a problem with kicking them out after they troubled the bankruptcy trustee to come up with an equitable settlement, then failed to make a single payment.

But through this all, Casey was still not punished. The haterz™ may have won a small battle, but we haven't really won.

Casey, as far as we know from his Facebook posts, remains a free man-boi in Jamaica. He hasn't been forced to admit his failure, or to be punished for it. True, he's living in a shithole while masquerading as being an island entrepreneur and has no home to come back to. He may be forced to become a drug mule to escape and his life is likely to remain miserable by any normal standard. But as we've often noted, he doesn't live by normal standards. He's gone to Jamaica without paying for it and the haterz™ have not, therefore he's superior in his mind and will continue to be so.

That ends up being the most frustrating thing about this saga. It's hard to declare victory over somebody who can't acknowledge how pathetic and miserable he's become. We may have won. By any normal standard, we won long ago, but somehow Casey isn't defeated. We await that.

And that's the way things are here at FalseCasey HQ, where we can't be foreclosed on because we don't own the place and we pay the rent every month.

Serin Crime Family lose their home!

In a shocking development today, the Serin Crime Family's home was auctioned off in a foreclosure proceeding. It was sold to a "third party" for the princely sum of $118639.01.

It's not clear yet who bought it, and there is already some suspicion that at such a low price, it may have been a family member or relative who picked it up, effectively killing off the family's debt. We will know rather quickly whether the Serins need to be out in three days or not.

Compounding the suspicion that this is the end is the fact that Casey got the hell out of Dodge just before it happened. We should remember that Casey had staked his reputation with the Crime Family on his ability to save the house. He failed. Now, if his Facebook wall is to be believed, he has disappeared to an off-the-beaten path location in Jamaica, staying with a guy in a "Paradise Villa" that on closer inspection seems to be what in Jamaica probably passes for a cheap tract home in an undistinguished location high in the hills and away from anything a tourist would want to do. (Look at the last picture in particular.)

In considering this, it's worth remembering that in the past when Casey took off for parts unknown, it was always in response to some impending disaster like his wife leaving him, or somebody suing, or any other demand being made. We think it's quite possible that rather than sitting his parents down and telling them that the gig was up, there were no more delays possible and the house was toast, Casey chose to just leave and not tell them anything. The first news that they may have received to suggest that anything was wrong may well have been posted on their door in the past few days.

In the meantime, Casey's ex-friend and native Jamaican Nigel Swaby reminds us that the place Casey has gone is a "shithole." As was the case with his sojourn into the woods, we believe Casey will find his "Island Paradise" to be not quite what he expected. Some have suggested that his only escape may be as a drug mule, though it remains to be seen what he will escape to, given that the family home may be gone and his parents could very well find themselves sleeping on various relatives' sofas.

Finally, as far as island paradises go, we should also note that the Island2012.com website has been shut down for unknown reasons, possibly including the fact that there is no chance whatsoever of Casey ever owning an Island, let alone next year.

And that's the way things are at FalseCasey HQ, where the only island we're concerned with right now is at the mouth of the Hudson.

Wednesday, April 6, 2011

Well, there's really not much to say

Casey continues to be Casey.

His parents still have their house, and he has so far managed to file bankruptcy for the pair of them, who then immediately welched on their Chapter 13 payment plan; then for his mom individually, which was dismissed; then personally under Chapter 7, which was also dismissed.

The latter was kind of weird. He transfered the house to his name using a quit-claim deed, then halted the foreclosure sale by filing bankruptcy himself. No matter that they didn't have the right to transfer title without the approval of the lender, the delay tactic still worked.

He's no longer living at home though. He's squatting at some other house whose owner is pulling the same sort of shit taking Casey's advice. Where they all go next is anybody's guess.

In any case, the next trustee sale is due on April 12th. As of yet, dad has not filed individually. Expect that to happen shortly.

In other news, Casey claims to be engaged to some mentally-defective individual, and further claims that they will be leaving California. We hope this will involve a trip to a Federal lockup in another state, but that's probably not his plan.

Realistically, there's just not much out there. For the first time in years, Casey is keeping a fairly low profile. We continue to watch. We have patience.

And that's the way things are at FalseCasey HQ, where there's a cat asleep on the desk.

Some Mark Villasenor Archeology

Well, there's not much to say about Casey right now, except that once again the house is up for auction and there doesn't seem to be much that his mortgage eliminating scams can do about it. We'll have more about that after the auction that is scheduled tomorrow. Our friend James Marks has commented about it on his blog and we have little more to say.

But there's been some discussion of long-departed Mark Villasenor, aka LossMitPro, on the Campidiot Thread, and we thought we'd toss some extra information out there about his vexatious litigating ways.

As discussed in the thread, Mark at one point actually sued a nonprofit volunteer organization for violating his civil rights. It seems that the Stanislaus Wilderness Volunteers was incorporated as a nonprofit organization to coordinate the activities of volunteers working with the Forest Service in the Stanislaus National Forest. Mark was a member.

We've read through this and managed, through Mark's poor use of the legal language, to figure out what seems to have irked him. It appears that Villasenor didn't like the fact that the Forest Service was telling the SWV folks how they had to conduct themselves if they wanted to continue working with them. He determined that this was an inappropriate involvement in a private organization's affairs and thus, somehow, was a violation of his civil rights. So he sued the organization for essentially giving in to the Forest Service's demands.

We should mention that we're not unfamiliar with the FS people, or the sometimes unreasonable demands that they make of associated volunteer organizations. But for better or worse, there's no law requiring the FS or any other government agency to take volunteers at all, let alone to allow them to run things as they see fit. It seems that the FS took the position that "you can do things our way, or you can do things on your own without FS volunteer uniforms or any other trappings of officialdom."

Here in SoCal, one of our little Casey-hatin' band is in fact a volunteer with two such organizations, one of which is focused on Search and Rescue and the other of which helps rebuild and maintain trails. He's avoided joining any of the "official" Forest Service volunteer groups precisely because he doesn't want to be subject to as many of their rules. Of course, he also gives up the opportunity to participate in certain types of activities that are reserved for more "official" types and does so with the knowledge that the FS could at any time and for any reason decide that the volunteer efforts are no longer desired.

Mark seems particularly pissed off about the fact that one of his buddies was removed from the board of the SWV after repeatedly pissing off the local FS people and -- it seems -- insisting on a mode of operation that was contrary not only to the FS rules, but also to the rules established by the organization. He seems to have been the sort of guy we have encountered through participation on CERT activities in southern California: the kind of guy who wants everybody to be in uniform, who will have set up his own entire command structure outside that of the sponsoring agency, and who will make unreasonable demands not only on the other volunteers but on the sponsoring agency itself. You see these guys at quarterly LAFD drills. They're the ones with their own radios, helmets, rescue gear, etc. In fact, some of them show up with more thousands of dollars of their own gear, often more than the firefighter/trainers have! And they always want to jump in and tell everybody else how things need to be done.

The guy who sponsored our own CERT class was like that. He and his HAM radio club sponsored the class. He wanted to force all the participants into some additional training focused on use of radios in an emergency. He wanted to set up a local SAR team for callup during an emergency. For months after the class he pestered everybody who had attended (including those from outside his immediate area) about joining his private little group. He tried to set up an emergency chain of command that bypassed all local authorities. He declared himself the "commissioner" of the group and gave himself a "commissioner" email. (OK, it was a gmail account, but still...) He was quite clearly uninterested in participation by women or by those who saw their role in an emergency as being neighborhood points of contact and information rather than as active SAR types. Eventually he pissed off the LAFD folks to the point where he was "disinvited" from sponsoring any further CERT activities. Sounds like the same thing happened to Mark's buddy. Mark didn't like it.

Also, it seems that the SWV, in coordination with the FS, instituted a set of rules about use of dogs during volunteer activities that irked Mark. Again, he attributed this to FS meddling and his own organizations' unwillingness to be more independent.

How all this translates into a violation of Mark's civil rights is somewhat unclear to us.

It seems to us that this is essentially the problem with Mark, both during the Casey saga and apparently elsewhere in his life. Like many Americans (in fact, very much like Casey) he's decided that he deserves to have things both ways: he wants to be an official Forest Service volunteer, but somehow also wants to have the right to volunteer on his own terms and to be able to reject Forest Service rules when they don't suit him.

Back in the IAFF days he wanted to be a very public participant in what was a very public saga, yet felt that he was entitled to privacy in all matters other than those that he personally chose to discuss. He went so far as saying that his name could not be used because he hadn't actually provided it himself (rather, he provided "clues" that allowed anybody with Google and a brain to deduce his name in about 30 seconds). Some in the Caseysphere chose to accede to his demands either out of courtesy for a fellow Hater or out of fear of a BS lawsuit. We're sufficiently versed in law that we choose not to do so. His activities and history are not only relevant to the story, but they actually became a matter of public record, once he filed a lawsuit against Casey.

We could go on and on. But we got the documents and they are linked here, so feel free to read them for yourselves if you care to:

In any event, it seems that Mark decided to move on, and in fact started his own nonprofit volunteer organization focused on the use of dogs to help the disabled enjoy the wilderness. Good for him.

Hope this helps those of you who are still trying to get a full picture of the individuals Casey has associated with over the years.

And that's the view from FalseCasey HQ, where it's cold and foggy.

I Am Fighting Foreclosure???

He's baaaaaack!

Our friend BTC has summed this up quite adroitly, and we have little to add:

The premise is completely untrue, which is 80-90% of the problem with everything since IAFF. IAFF was true in it's basic premise: he WAS facing foreclosure. Avoiding it, managing it stupidly, turning it into a silly game that gutted him, but unquestionably FACING it on multiple properties. How it all worked out was what kept people glued to it.

Foreclosure Help Book provided neither help nor a book. Escape My House had nothing to do with escaping any houses as he had none. Able Buyer is not able to buy anything. I Survived Foreclosure was true only in the very limited sense that Casey remained alive through the process. Millionaire By Christmas had nothing to do with becoming a millionaire, neither by Christmas nor any other time. My Foreclosure Story had no story to tell. Mortgage Elimination Man eliminated no mortgages and it's questionable whether the word "man" should apply to Casey in the first place. TrueCasey was anything but true. Island2012 has no island and no plan for getting one by 2012, or for that matter 2112.

Following in this grand tradition, I Am Fighting Foreclosure will not involve any kind of fighting, because that suggests actually doing something, which sounds suspiciously like work. We know what Casey thinks about that.

Difficult to disagree with that.

And that's the way things are here at FalseCasey HQ, where we're wondering if there'll ever be a summer.

Lisa and Her Tits are Hiding

But not very well, as we'll discuss soon enough.

First an apology for our long absence and the dearth of posts in the month or two prior. Unfortunately, job troubles for one of us and a death in the family for another have kept us away from Casey and his idiocy for far too long. Not that we haven't been checking in from time to time, we just haven't had time for the detailed analysis and discussion for which our blog is famous. Rather than simply pass along headlines that have been generously made available by our friends at Camp Idiot, we have chosen silence. Now it is time for that silence to be broken.

LisaTits is back, though you would never know it if you were to Google her name, or at least the name we knew her by, which was Lisa Scifo, her married name.

The other day, she changed her name to Lisa Henry, or should we say she changed it back? It's obvious that Henry was her maiden name, a name she left behind when she married Matt Scifo and which she continued to use after he filed for divorce, they lost their house to foreclosure, etc. Knowing what she's up to now, Matt is probably quite happy to have his name back.

Her family should probably feel otherwise, as we will see later.

As documented over on Caseypedia, boyfriend and co-conspirator Mike Masterson has apparently moved the business in a new direction, which is the selling of "authorized user" spaces on unused credit cards. This is one of the older "credit repair" scams out there. For a fee, somebody will let you list yourself as an "authorized user" on their unused credit card account. You never get a card so you can never actually use the account, but it does show up on your credit record and in the past may have helped improve your score.

That is, until the credit industry figured this one out and instituted something called FICO '08, which initially planned to drop all "authorized users" from credit scoring entirely, and later restored them but to a much more limited degree designed only to enable members of the same household to share credit accounts and scores. A competing system called VantageScore has never considered "authorized users" to have credit accounts of their own. These days, anybody paying to be an "authorized user" of a stranger's credit card is in fact paying for nothing at all. Giving hundreds of dollars to the big-titted hustler and her chicken-incinerating co-conspirator is not likely to yield much.

The business must not be going all that well, because in addition to the "specials" linked above, the Executive Consultant Group LLC duo have also seen fit to offer a 10% off coupon, reproduced at the top of this communique. As one of the more astute commenters on CI noted: "Economy's so bad even the scammers are giving discounts."

Of course, it may even be worse than that. Remember how we said that Lisa's ex is probably glad to have his name back but her family might not feel the same way? It seems that by changing her name back, she's revealed all of them as well as Mike's family to public scrutiny. We won't get into the details because it has been so juicily and meticulously aired on CI and we prefer that you read it at the source, but it's great stuff. Among other things this information suggests pretty conclusively that the house where Casey's infamous "chicken incineration video" was shot probably did not belong to Lisa and Mike, rather it's Mike's sister's place and that in all likelihood her kids are the ones that Lisa claimed to be nannying in her Facebook profile some time back.

We also note that around the time of Lisa's name change, the company's crappy old website went blank and was replaced with the company blog from which the above coupon was copied. And not only one blog, but two, the second being merely a bad blogspot copy of the bad Wordpress blog that contains the original. It's so badly done we have to wonder if they actually hired Casey to do the work.

So there you have it. An amateurish attempt to hide from the editors of Caseypedia, the sleuths of CI and the mysterious denizens of CHC. Failed, naturally. But the attempt didn't just fail to address the bad publicity problem, as this piece, the comments on CI and the Caseypedia article will easily link Lisa Scifo, now Lisa Henry, Mike Masterson and the Executive Consultant Group LLC for the rest of eternity. The attempt has generated new interest by those parties who previously sought only to enjoy a quick intermission now and then courtesy of a photo of Lisa's funbags. As a result, both of their entire families have now been slimed as associates of their sleazy business.

There is only one right way to do business with Casey: not at all. There is only one right way to react to being outed: move on, forget it and do something else. Fighting it just makes it worse and scammers who don't crawl back under their rocks get what they deserve.

And that's the way things are here at FC HQ, where we're settling back in after too much time away.

It's Casey's Fault!!!

And he admits it. In a way, but not really.

First, we're sorry to have been offline thorough much hilarity. We will attempt to look back and comment on some of what's transpired recently as we have the opportunity. Sadly, a grim family duty has been distracting us from commenting and at times even following things recently. Fortunately we are now, as Casey might say it, "back in the game."

We were immediately drawn to the minor discourse between himself and "Mike Gambino" on his "Casey Serin Daily Miracles" Facebook page. We'll dispense with the fact that Mike Gambino appears to be a tard, but instead focus on the good stuff.

Mike notes that:
"It's easy to decide we are victims of something else in the world, a lot tougher to take responsibility and be free of victimhood."
Casey responds that:
"This course teaches you to take responsibility for EVERYTHING that you perceive. The good, the bad and the ugly. Everything in my life is my fault! haha. Love it."
We find the subtle difference between the two somewhat illuminating as to what is or isn't going on in the mind of our boi wonder (or should that be "wondering boi?")

Mike speaks of "taking responsibility" which we think most intelligent readers would presume to be somehow related not only to assigning blame, but also to accepting the consequences and dealing with them. Casey wants to merely state that the blame is his, then having done this to move on and forget about it, because after all he's going to find some miracles to make things right or maybe not even make things right at all, because that's really not his problem.

And that's the way things are back here at FalseCasey HQ, where two months later there's still not much new in the Caseyverse.

It's a Bird... It's a Plane... It's... Mortgage Elimination Man!

Yes, it's Mortgatge Elimination Man! Strange visitor from a third world shithole who came to Sacramento with powers and abilities of loosing houses far greater than those of mortal men! Mortgage Elimination Man, who can wreck the value of anything he touches, bend (and sometimes break) contracts with his bare hands, and who, disguised as Casey Serin, mild-mannered occasional valet-parker for a semi-great Sacramento restaurant, fights a never-ending battle for scams, injustice and turning America into third-world nation.

And now, another exciting episode in the Adventures of Mortgage Elimination Man!

YES. He's Baaaaaack!

And by the look of things, he's now restyled himself as "Mortgage Elimination Man," more than likely hoping to sell some of the otherwise freely-available "advice" about Mortgage Elimination, a scam that apparently begins from the presumption that money is not real, therefore the mortgage never really existed, therefore, it can just be eliminated. We're not sure what the proponents of this system propose to do about returning the house to the original owner from whom it was purchased with money that isn't real, but that's the kind of question that only details guys like us would ever be concerned about. (In fact of the matter, we wouldn't be concerned because we'd never let ourselves get into that situation in the first place.)

According to posts forwarded to us primarily from his Facebook Wall (to which we have no access), he seems to be:

  1. Involved with Aaron Krowne, the current owner of the old IAFF site, and a true nutcase.
  2. Still interested in pursuing the Island idea, and apparently has one supporter who has similar goals. Funding pending.
  3. "Couch surfing" around Sacraemento, which we take to mean that he's not welcome at home, or at least not on terms that are acceptable to him.

There is also some evidence that he is planning to provide advice based on a "produce the note" strategy that has worked at times. If that's his plan, we have some bad news for him: First, most lenders have gotten much better about getting their ducks in a row, especially given the long current lead-times to foreclosure. Second many courts are denying that defense when it's clear that the problem is only a technical one, not a real question of note ownership. Third, and most important, we're moving to a new phase of the foreclosure crisis. When Casey lost his houses, the problem was in subprime. These were mostly crap loans given to crap buyers for crap houses and often the paperwork was crap. Today's foreclosures are much more focused on the prime interest-only or option-ARM loans that were typically better done, typically during a less frentic period in the market and were less likely to have been securitized, sold or reassigned, meaning the paperwork is in better shape. Finally, the word on this strategy is out there. Nobody needs to pay a lazy bum like Casey to "help" them with it.

But really, Casey's strategy is always the same, to the point where it's kind of boring:

  1. Make fool of self on blog
  2. ???????
  3. Riches and fame

Casey just hasn't figured out the second step yet.

We note that "mortgageeliminationman.com" has recently been registered.
[Note: within a few hours of our observation the site came live. Casey is still an idiot.]

We also note that morgtageeliminationman.blogspot.com and mortgageelimnationman.blogspot.com have been taken, the latter and maybe both apparently by Haterz™. The Haterz™ blogs, of course, are sure to be more entertaining than the real thing.

And that's the breaking news from FalseCasey HQ, where things are otherwise quiet on a Friday night.

Gone Again...

Since the bankruptcy, Casey's gone once again.

The Island2012 idiot website is still up there, but with no sign of life, just the clock ticking down to Casey's ultimate fail.

And no other news coming from anywhere else.

So, we don't have much to say and won't be posting much until there's anything new or different. If you know anything, let us know. Anybody been by the Serin compound lately?

That's all we know here at FalseCasey HQ, where it's cold and been raining.

Thanks Son, We're Broke!

The details are in and it's clear that the Serin parental units have filed a Chapter 13 bankruptcy petition and repayment plan, apparently to avoid foreclosure on their house, trampoline and Casey's guest cell in the basement.

Reading through the filings, it's tough to say how much of the amazing credit card debt is related to Casey, but we believe a significant proportion of it is. Obviously, we have no way of knowing whether it's that debt that pushed them over the edge, or whether it would have happened in any case. But its clear that a chapter in Casey and his family's life is now over. For now, the foreclosure proceedings against them have been stalled, maybe for long enough that his sister will be able to finish high school before they are forced to get out. Life will continue.

Sadly, life will also continue in a manner that allows Casey to mooch for the forseeable future, which is too bad.

Casa de-Serin Auction Tomorrow?

Somebody posting on Walrus's blog mentioned that the auction for the Serin castle will take place tomorrow. We have not been able to confirm this, but apparently the requirement to post a notice doesn't extend to the requirement that it be posted in a place that is internet-accessible. The only way to get such information seems to be to subscribe to a real-estate listing service, and we're not really willing to spend that kind of money just to find out.

Anybody in Sacramento willing to take a trip to the courthouse steps tomorrow to check it out and report for us?

We suspect that the auction won't actually happen. If the Serin's have a brain among them (which, we guess, they may not) and if they've managed to avoid any advice from their malignant son, they will file for bankruptcy immediately before the auction and hold off the proceedings. In foreclosure capitals like Sacramento that's taking more than a year to work through the system these days.

And that's the way things are at FalseCasey HQ, where not much is going on.
